What the F happened?
Well, things took a turn.
Covid + WA regulations + EDM festival + festival reschedule = Wolf wedding + EDM festival + 30,000 ravers as neighbors + impatience
So we had a decision to make: wear rave outfits, listen to EDM music all weekend long, hand out pasties as party favors, or reschedule. We chose the latter with a hesitant sigh of relief. After thinking we were in the clear, more unexpected news and venue hiccups set us back to square one, AGAIN.
Long story short, we got impatient and wanted to marry each other. So we did! In 10 short days, we found outfits, gathered our matrons of honor and took a shot in the dark. We picked a general location, headed into the middle of the woods, found a road with no name and kept driving. As soon as we came to the end of the road, the ceremony spot hit us like the meadow scene in Twilight. It was the most magical day that we barely planned. We were married on our original wedding date, October 2nd 2021.
We eloped! … But still want to party.

The Meet-Cute
Amber and Megan met back in 2013 at a joint bachelor-bachelorette party. They had a magical night of flirts and fun but the universe had other plans. For the time being, that night would be just that. Little did they know, as their maturity grew and they found their adult selves, their hearts were preparing them for a lifetime together. Although they remained friends throughout the years, their hearts didn’t reconnect until the summer of 2016 on Megan’s birthday. After a wonderful night (and a little alcohol courage), Megan was able to tell Amber how she really felt all those years ago. They spent the rest of the night sitting in a car in Amber’s grandparents driveway, talking until 4am. There was no going back, the rest is history.

The Ruins
Meet us in downtown Hood River for our re-wedding! The venue is walking distance to hotels, restaurants and night life. Being along the Columbia River Gorge, this location has it all. Come for the Wolfs but stay for the hiking, exploring, and all things PNW.
